Goods delivery

The products are delivered by Registered Regular Airmail and must be signed when they arrive. If happens that the order is not delivered duly timeframe, please write us an e-mail specifying the problem and the order number for us to be able to assist you. If you lost your order number, please write your name, the delivery address and the purchase approximatively date. This information will help us to track your order and better assist you.

Delivery Time

Usually, the delivery time to United States is from 7 to 21 days. The orders that are sent to Europe are to be delivered within 7-14 days. Sometimes may happen that the packages may be delayed in the process of shipping, please tell us, by writing an e-mail to assist you better in the matter.

Shipping info

All orders are shipped within 1-5 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the moment when the payment is received. If the the order is divided into two or more parts, the packages are shipped between 1 to 5 days. As long as these packages are shipped on different days, there may happen that their arrival could be a few days later. Order Cancellation

An order may be annulled within first 12 hours after the payment has been submitted.If you intend to annul an order, please write us a ticket telling us the order number, your name and shipping address. If you forgot to send us the request with the order cancellation, the products will be processed and the payment will be collected properly.

Non-disclosure

The information available on the GigantPharm web site will be exposed according to the European legislation. The customers private information from GigantPharm's will not be shown even upon an official request of the authorities of foreign countries.

Claims & Refund

The order may not be delivered to the destination if it has been seized at customs or lost in the mail. If happens that, the order has been seized, please scan the seizure letter and write us to be able to investigate the case and reship the order. If you didn't receive your order within 30 working days, please tell us by writing an e-mail and we will do our best to investigate the case and reship your order at no charge. Please pay attention that we are not reshipping to the following locations: Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Denmark, Sweden.

International Duty Fees and Laws. It is the duty of the customer to pay for customs fees and duties. We ask customers to consult the local customs laws for duties, restrictions and regulations.
